Shipping policy
- Order processing times. Processing time to shipping can vary based upon order volume and when order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm CST through Sunday, or holidays. Packages ship when the order is complete.
- Shipping options. All The House of Rags Orders are shipped by UPS of FedEx.
- Shipping costs. Free shipping on orders over $150. Excludes orders with Detail Co Paint Protection Film. (SKU: DCPPFG, DCPPFG2, and DCPPFM)
- Returns, changes, and cancellations. Please see our refund policy.
- Order tracking details. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with UPS or FedEx tracking information. If you don't see this email please check your spam or junk folder.
